And then to support you in expanding the range through which you can think, decide and act in alignment with the futures you're invested in, without fragmenting or depleting yourself.

The Shape of the Work

This is bespoke, deeply personal, intensive coaching designed solely for those ready to fully commit to the process. As such, I take a limited number of 1:1 clients a year.

We'll begin with a discovery conversation to ensure alignment. We’ll use that time to feel into whether this is the right container for you, and if it is, we’ll map the best path forward together.

How I work

I’m interested in the gap between your 10-year legacy and your 10:00 AM meeting. We work at the intersection of both.

Whether you are launching a venture, navigating a massive pivot, or leading at increasing scale and complexity, we'll anchor our work in the reality of your life and work while training your perspective on the broader arc of your inner development over time.

I work with a high degree of flexibility and precision, adapting our process as you grow. My clients often arrive thinking they need one thing and discover the work is elsewhere. We'll tailor our sessions to your emerging needs.

My Practice

I am trained in Vertical Development coaching — a field of adult developmental psychology focused on helping leaders progress through higher-orders of meaning-making. This is the scientific foundation of my work.

I also integrate traditions and practices — particularly those originating from Africa and its diaspora — that have long produced wise, generative leaders.

That said, not everything can be boiled down to scientific theories and frameworks. The most important things to know is that our dynamic will be deeply-human and personal. We will have as much trust and openness as you allow. Your perspective will be central and I will not project my worldviews onto you.
